It looks like The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams’ spinoff series has caused quite the controversy.

The show was intended to highlight her activism with the Black Lives Matter movement. But amid her engagement scandal, the focus changed. With many fans believing that Williams should have stayed on RHOA instead of doing the spinoff, Williams is responding to the backlash.

The show has showed the discord between the former ‘RHOA’ star and her ex-fiance

Williams has been under fire for her actions on her RHOA spin off. Not only did she get into a physical altercation with McKinley, but viewers criticized her other family members and McKinley’s mother. Viewers are also not convinced about Williams’ relationship with Simon Guobadia.

During the finale, Williams and McKinnley argued over co-parenting. McKinley feels that Williams is being controlling and secretive with decisions she’s making for their daughter and is getting a judge involved. Williams is not happy with his decision.

Williams responds to the social media backlash

“Dearly beloved we are gathered here today to say goodbye to Porsha’s career,” one fan captioned a meme of a casket being covered with dirt in regards to Williams. “She will be remembered as the #RHOA Housewife who made a fool of herself when given an opportunity that could’ve went to another deserving housewife! She will not be missed.”

Williams did not take the post lightly. “D**n a grave,” she replied.

In an earlier Instagram post, Williams tried explaining her behavior.

She also posted a cryptic post to her Instagram story, writing “All challenges are an opportunity for growth and I am thankful for the chance to evolve.”
