Big news has been announced about the upcoming Quavo action thriller, Takeover.
Trioscope revealed information on the introduction of Takeover World, the first Web3-enabled community created by the firm with the goal of enhancing the Takeover brand by immersing its users in the Takeover universe.
Takeover, starring Quavo, the first action thriller in a series, was approved by Trioscope and Quality Films greenlit earlier this year.
The thriller will go into production in August.
It is produced Trioscope in partnership with Quality Films, the film unit of hip-hop label Quality Control, and Atlanta film financing group Georgia Production Finance.
The film is written by Jeb Stuart and Brad Easton. It’s directed by Trioscope’s Chief Creative Officer, Greg Jonkajty.
Per Trioscope, Quavo “wants to highlight the city’s love of street takeover culture by fusing live-action performances with ground-breaking CGI.”
