Nene Leakes hasn’t been on The Real Housewives of Atlanta since the close of season 12, citing issues with production and being phased out of the show. She’s currently suing Bravo and the production company for workplace discrimination. In the meantime, she says her friendships have been strained with women on the show, including a longstanding relationship with Marlo Hampton. Recently, the two linked up and shared it online.
Nene Leakes revealed previously she hadn’t been in contact with Marlo Hampton
Per RadarOnline, Leakes spoke with fans in an Instagram Q&A. When asked about her relationship with Hampton, she said it was non-existent at the time.
“What’s she doing now? Lord, they say she wearing furs and running around,” Leakes said augh. “I don’t know what going on with these girls. I don’t honey. I try not to keep up.” She continued: “I haven’t spoken to Marlo in a long time. It’s crazy … you know what I’m saying? We don’t have any issues but I don’t know what’s going on. It’s just like that … that’s how that show is,” she continued.
Leakes says it’s the production team’s goal to “conquer and divide.” But it appears that they’ve made amends.

The Peach Report Daily shared their meet-up in an Instagram video. The two women were dressed in their best, with Leakes in gold and Hampton in Black. Peter Thomas, formerly married to Cynthia Bailey of the show, also shared photos of him with Hampton and Leakes on his page. It appears that may have been at one of Thomas’ sports bars.
