'RHOA': Porsha Williams Rumored To Not Return For Season 14, Fans Are Heated

Some fans of The Real Housewives of Atlanta may not be happy with the cast of Season 14, according to a new rumor. The rumor mill has been buzzing for months that several familiar faces will no longer be part of the cast.

Entertainment reporter Anthony Dominic posted a development on his Instagram story. Per Rolling Out, he said, “I’m told Porsha [Williams] is NOT returning," while listing Drew [Sidora], Marlo [Hampton], Kandi [Burruss], Kenya [Moore], Sheree [Whitfield], a new peach holder and possible cameos from former stars.

Dominic added, “Porsha is not returning to ‘RHOA’ because she has her own show, a special that focuses on her new relationship and family.”

While Bailey's exit and Whitfield's return have been rumored for months, this is the biggest report so far about Williams' status.

She has been on the show since season 5. In recent seasons, her storyline has focused more on her journey to motherhood and her love life and booming businesses versus her ongoing feuds with co-stars. In the wake of Williams announcing her engagement to her former co-star Falynn Pina’s now ex-husband Simon Guobadia, Williams reportedly no longer wants to be a peach-holder.

Instead, it looks like she may choose to focus on her eight-episode Bravo family spinoff, her other business ventures, and her work on Bravo’s Chat Room. Williams’ spin-off is set to begin airing sometime this winter and will chronicle the ups and downs of her family life. Guobadia is featured on the show as well.

Williams gave fans a teaser on a recent episode of Chat Room for the spinoff, saying, her family will tackle "the real s--t." Adding, “It was like some stuff that you go through in your own family. Like, if you can imagine someone you haven't spoke to or things you haven't said, and you actually say them and deal with all that emotion, that's pretty much what that is."

If the rumors are true, this is the second major career move Williams has made in recent weeks. After eight years as a co-host on Dish Nation, Williams announced she’s leaving the series behind. She’s currently planning her nuptials to Guobadia. Her forthcoming memoir The Pursuit of Porsha, will be released this November.
