Rumor has it that producers of The Real Housewives of Atlanta are preparing for a major cast shakeup. With the reviews from Season 13 being beyond disappointing, it’s clear a change is coming.

Producers are allegedly looking to mix in some OGs of the franchise. Phaedra Parks may make a return since her scandal in season 9 but the resident bone collector, Sheree Whitfield, is also reportedly being vetted. Now, hype continues to build that Whitfield could come back.
TMZ reports that the She by Sheree owner is on board to return but only if she has a peach in her hand. She previously tried the “friend of” thing in Season 8 and that didn’t work for her.
If she returns, her demand makes sense. This would be Whitfield’s third return to the show. She started as a peach holder seasons 1-4, returned as a friend season 8, and was full-time seasons 9-10. She reportedly opted not to return for season 11 due to once again being offered a minimal role.
But now that the show needs her, the producers may have to cough up the coin. Especially if they want Whitfield’s prison bae storyline, as her longtime boo Tyrone Gilliam is out of prison and the two are reportedly moving full speed ahead with their relationship.
Time will tell. The upcoming season hasn’t begun filming as of yet. Rumor has it that Porsha Williams is hesitant to return amid her engagement scandal with her former co-star’s soon-to-be-ex-husband Simon Guobadia.
