The Real Housewives of Potomac is gearing fans up for its seventh season with an explosive trailer teasing the drama happening in the Housewives’ lives.

The seventh season includes all of last year’s housewives returning– Gizelle Bryant, Karen Huger, Ashley Darby, Robin Dixon, Candiace Dillard-Bassett, Mia Thornton and Dr. Wendy Osefo. OG cast member Charisse Jackson. This season’s drama ranges from relationship issues, work difficulties, and even potential health scandals, according to People.

Thornton, for instance, is implying on social media that she has cancer, but the other Housewives aren't sure if this is actually the case, seeing how Thornton has gone back and forth regarding information about her health.

Dillard Bassett and Osefo are expanding their careers in music and politics, respectively. But Dillard-Bassett is facing complications with freezing her eggs, and Osefo’s husband Eddie believes that Osefo might have taken on too much by being a political analyst, a candle business owner and wanting to open a Nigerian-themed lounge.

Robyn Dixon and Ashley Darby are facing relationship issues on both ends of the love spectrum

Darby is separated from her husband Michael, but she’s still getting Michael’s help when looking for a new home for herself and her children. Meanwhile, Dixon and fiance Juan are engaged, but the two are taking their sweet time actually tying the knot, with Dixon’s primary focus being getting a prenup.

Bryant is busy with her children, as they grow up and become adults, but she is also becoming a source of gossip as people thought she was dating the ex husband of another Housewive from another franchise--The Real Housewives of Atlanta star's Cynthia Bailey's ex-husband, Peter Thomas.

Huger’s drama primarily revolves around cosmetic procedures that her husband Ray feels aren’t necessarily. Even more problematic is that he feels the procedures could send a negative message to their daughter, Rayvin.
