The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jen Shah’s recent arrest for allegedly being part of a telemarketing scheme has her fellow Bravo stars in a frenzy. Shah, as well as her assistant Stuart Smith, are accused of defrauding hundreds of people, many of whom are over the age of 55.

Both have already appeared before a Salt Lake City Court on charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, as well as one count of conspiracy to commit money.

They are currently out on bond under the conditions that they do not leave Utah. The alleged scheming duo is also not allowed to move more than $10,000 out of their personal bank accounts without permission from prosecutors.

Porsha Williams of The Real Housewives of Atlanta weighed in on Shah’s arrest during a recent episode of Bravo’s Chat Room.

“This is a pretty big deal and to have something like this happen during [the] season, everybody’s gonna have an opinion, everybody’s gonna have all eyes on it,” Williams said, according to Showbiz Cheat Sheet. “This is gonna be escalated to the next level.”

The Real Housewives of Potomac star Gizelle Bryant gave her take, saying, “Can you imagine you’re filming and you look at your phone you’re read, ‘B*** you’re about to be arrested?’ I mean, that’s like horrible on so many levels.”

Bryant also took a moment to shout out Shah’s new do. Shah’s decision to show up to court in box braids set Twitter ablaze.

“I did appreciate her box braids. She took us back to Janet Jackson’s Poetic Justice, honey,” Bryant added.
