A little over a month ago, Rihanna and A$AP Rocky welcomed their second child, a son named Riot Rose, and now they’re introducing him to the world via an adorable family photoshoot that also includes their firstborn, RZA.

The first image features Rihanna holding Riot Rose in a colorful blanket with his face peeking out. Meanwhile, A$AP Rocky smiles while holding RZA as the group poses together for the first time as a family of four.

Rihanna is glowing while wearing an oversized denim jacket paired with sleek leggings and boots. Rocky dons a simple white tank top and jeans but adds a plaid jacket in some pictures.

RZA, their fashionable toddler, rocks a multicolored sweatshirt and jeans, along with sneakers from his mother’s new Fenty x Puma Avanti collection. But it’s safe to say that Riot Rose’s solo photos are the obvious standouts. The cute newborn is captured lying on his blanket in a cozy peach sweater and cream-colored socks.

The couple welcomed their firstborn RZA in May 2022. Both entertainers are fans of the legendary rap group Wu-Tang and member RZA, but his name is also part of the rapper’s family tradition. According to GQ, A$AP Rocky’s real name, Rakim Mayers, and his sister’s, Erika B. Mayers, are odes to the New York rap duo Eric B. & Rakim.

When it comes to Riot Rose’s name, a source told ET that the rapper “loves having fresh flowers in the house, he loves decorating with flowers, and he even had real flowers in his grill once.”

The source added that the famous couple also share a particular fondness for roses.

Leading up to his birth, Riot Rose was right there with his mama on some of the biggest stages. Fans and onlookers alike first learned that Rihanna was pregnant with her second child during her Super Bowl halftime show, where she performed a medley of her biggest hits, including “Rude Boy,” “Umbrella” and “Work.”

He was also her special accessory at this year’s Met Gala event. During fashion’s favorite night, Rihanna told ET that her second pregnancy was “so different from the first one.”

“No cravings. Tons of nausea,” she said. “Everything’s different, but I’m enjoying it. I feel good. I feel energetic.”
