We’ve all been here–you’re looking for a specific film on Netflix, such as Whitney Houston and Brandy’s Cinderella or Spike Lee’s Do the Right Thing, only to find the movie you want to see isn’t there. What are you to do? You can ask Netflix to procure it for you, except no one knew about this option until a few weeks ago.

According to Lifehacker, The Verge reported that a Twitter user in the Philippines tweeted to Netflix Philippines about not having a Chelsea Peretti comedy special. The Netflix account tweeted back a link to Netflix’s tile request service writing, “You know the drill,” as if everyone’s always known the drill. As Peretti tweeted, “LITERALLY NO ONE KNOWS THAT DRILL.”

The title request feature has been in service for over a year, but it’s not advertised at all, so does this mean we could have been suggesting our favorite films with your favorite black Hollywood stars for months? Why has Netflix kept this fantastic feature a secret?

Probably because it might not work as effectively as Netflix is making it sound. One Twitter user responded to Peretti, writing, “I learned the drill when I needed more Brooklyn Nine-Nine AND UNTIL NOW, THERE IS NO SEASON 5. The drill does not work for s**t, so I stopped trying.”

However, it wouldn’t hurt to try the link out for yourself if you’re in dire need of Netflix carrying your favorite film. Here’s the link to Netflix’s title request service, which gives you the ability to suggest three movies or TV shows at a time. As Netflix wrote, you know the drill.
