Sweet Life: Los Angeles, produced by Issa Rae, is almost back and we have the new trailer and premiere date.

The second season will have 10 episodes, returning on Aug. 4 with a four-episode drop. Three episodes will bow each week after, with the season wrapping on Aug. 18.

Main cast members returning include Amanda Scott, Briana Jones, Cheryl Des Vignes, Jerrold Smith II, P’Jae Compton and Tylynn Burns. Jordan Bentley, who was a main cast member in season 1, is not a main cast member for this season. However, supporting cast members from season 1, Rebecca Magett, Rob Lee and Jaylenn Hart, will be a part of the main cast for season 2. Additionally, per the trailer, season 1 supporting cast members Myami Woods and Kofi Jones will also appear in season 2 in this capacity.

SWEET LIFE: LOS ANGELES gives a unique look at what it means to be young, Black, ambitious, and in constant pursuit of one’s dreams. Exploring themes of loyalty, legacy, and love, this coming-of-age series follows a group of long-time friends in South Los Angeles as they navigate the relatable, chaotic, mid-20s moments at the quarter-life mark and propel each other into adulthood success.

The series is produced by HOORAE; Main Event Media, an All3Media America Company, and Morning Dew Pictures.
