Terry Crews is ready to rule under the sea!
Crews tweeted out his interest in Disney’s live-action The Little Mermaid starring Halle Bailey in the title role. His comical tweet featured him photoshopped as a merman holding a trident in front of King Triton’s kingdom. He tweeted the phrase “Ariel’s Dad!!!! #ArielsGotTerry #AmericasGotTerry.”

Artist BossLogic also created an image of Crews as King Triton, which Crews retweeted to his Twitter page.

But while Crews might be angling for the role, the internet is set on seeing Idris Elba don a fishtail as King Triton.
