HBO Max has announced that season 2 of the critically-acclaimed series The Flight Attendant will debut in April.

It will launch on Thursday, April 21 with a two-episode premiere.

The season will feature eight episodes with two new episodes coming out on April 28 and the series then releasing one episode weekly with the season concluding late May.

Heres the official description for Season 2:

Cassie Bowden (Kaley Cuoco) is living her best sober life in Los Angeles while moonlighting as a CIA asset in her spare time. But when an overseas assignment leads her to inadvertently witness a murder, she becomes entangled in another international intrigue. The season filmed in Los Angeles, Berlin and Reykjavik.

The second season sees the return of stars Cuoco, Zosia Mamet, Griffin Matthews, Deniz Akdeniz and Rosie Perez and recurring guest stars including T.R. Knight, Yasha Jackson and Audrey Grace Marshall.

Season 2 will also introduce new characters played by  Mo McRae, Callie Hernandez, and JJ Soria, as well as new guest stars including Alanna Ubach, Cheryl Hines, Jessie Ennis, Mae Martin, Margaret Cho, Santiago Cabrera, Sharon Stone, and Shohreh Aghdashloo.

The series is developed by showrunner Steve Yockey, who is an executive producer alongside co-showrunner and executive producer Natalie Chaidez. Executive producers include Greg Berlanti, Kaley Cuoco, Sarah Schechter, David Madden, Suzanne McCormack, and Silver Tree.  Jess Meyer serves as co-executive producer and Bonnie Munoz as producer.

The Flight Attendant is produced by Warner Bros. Television, Kaley Cuoco’s Yes, Norman Productions, and Berlanti Productions.
