The Good Fight could be coming to network television. Arguably the flagship program of CBS’s streaming service, CBS All Access, the critically-acclaimed drama is eyeing a summer run on its parent network, CBS.

The show, which has aired three seasons and has been renewed for a fourth, is a spinoff of The Good Wife, which aired on CBS from 2009-2016.

The news was announced Wednesday by CBS Corp. acting president and CEO Joseph Ianniello during a shareholders’ meeting.

In season 3 of The Good Fight, “Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski) tries to figure out whether you can resist a crazy administration without going crazy yourself, while Adrian Boseman (Delroy Lindo) and Liz Reddick-Lawrence (Audra McDonald) struggle with a new post-factual world where the lawyer who tells the best story triumphs over the lawyer with the best facts. Meanwhile, Lucca Quinn (Cush Jumbo) balances a new baby with a new love, and Maia Rindell (Rose Leslie) finds a new Mephistopheles in Roland Blum (Michael Sheen), a lawyer who is “corruption incarnate.”

The series debut of the show initially aired on CBS before locating to its home at CBS All Access, which also airs series like Tell Me A Story and Jordan Peele’s The Twilight Zone.
