In the latest promo of her daytime talk show The Jennifer Hudson Show, Jennifer Hudson is focusing on everyday stories.

Hudson’s one-hour nationally syndicated daytime talk show, which is set to premiere on Sept. 12, will “bring people together and shine a light on everyday stories.”

“We all have a story to tell. We all want to find our light and let it shine. So, let’s come together to laugh out loud, to share some hope and joy, and go back to connecting with each other,” Hudson says in the promo. 

The new series will feature celebrity interviews, musical performances, topical stories, community heroes, and viral sensations.  Jennifer Hudson “will use her powerful voice and influence to bring fun, uplifting, and empowering conversations to the forefront while shining a light on extraordinary stories, talents, and passions.”

The show will air on Fox Television Stations, Hearst Television, Sinclair Broadcast Group, TEGNA, Nexstar Media Group, Scripps Media, and Gray Media Group, among other station groups.

The Jennifer Hudson Show is produced in Los Angeles by Warner Bros. Unscripted Television in association with Telepictures and distributed in national syndication by Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution. It is executive produced by Mary Connelly, Andy Lassner, Corey Palent, Jennifer Hudson, Lisa Kasteler Calio, Graehme Morphy and Walter Williams III, with Shani Black serving as co-executive producer.
