Amazon Studios has nabbed the rights to adapt the sci-fi thriller podcast The Left Right Game as a television series, which will be executive produced by Tessa Thompson.

The Left Right Game focuses on Alice Sharman, an idealistic journalist who embarks on a supernatural journey after following a group of paranormal explorers who are obsessed with a mysterious pastime called the Left/Right game. Thompson voiced the lead role in the podcast. It is unclear if she’ll also star in the series.

The podcast was created by Jack Anderson, who will adapt and also executive produce the television adaptation alongside Brian Kavanaugh-Jones, Fred Berger, Justin Levy, Rob Herting and David Henning.

Currently, Thompson can be seen starring in the third season of the HBO scienc- fiction series, Westworld. She will also reprise her role as Valkyrie in Marvel’s Thor: Love and Thunder, which is scheduled for release on February 11, 2022.
