New footage of Halle Bailey as Ariel in the upcoming live-action The Little Mermaid film has been released and it also includes the first glimpses of Jonah-Hauer-King as Prince Eric and Melissa McCarthy as Ursula.

Bailey posted the video to her Instagram page, writing, “i’m so very excited to continue the #Disney100 celebration with this new look at #TheLittleMermaid just 100 days until it arrives in theaters!”

The new teaser shows Bailey in more scenes as Ariel as she has fun with a puffer fish and nearly kisses Prince Eric (Hauer-King) in the classic “Kiss the Girl” scene. There’s also a sneak peek of McCarthy as Ursula. Music in the film will feature the original songs from the 1989 animated classic as well as collaborations between Lin-Manuel Miranda and Alan Menken, who wrote the animated film’s score. Their collaborative efforts have created four new songs to go with the originals that fans already love.

Bailey told Variety about how she experienced her grandparents’ reaction to the first teaser trailer.

“It was an inspiring and beautiful thing to hear their words of encouragement, telling me, ‘You don’t understand what this is doing for us, for our community, for all the little Black and brown girls who are going to see themselves in you,” she said.

The Little Mermaid comes to theaters May 26 and also stars Javier Bardem, Daveed Diggs, Jacob Tremblay and Awkwafina.
