The Housewives franchise is going international. Though there have been several Housewives shows abroad in places like Africa, none have been official Bravo shows or from the production company Truly Original. Now, the network is taking its camera crews to Dubai for The Real Housewives of Dubai.

Known as “The City of Gold” the show is set to premiere in 2022. It marks the 11th city in the franchise. It’s become popularized for showcasing a wealthy friend group who work hard to navigate their relationships, and careers. But the Dubai franchise is set to highlight the “supremely lavish and ultra-wealthy lifestyles in the United Arab Emirates,” per a press release sent to Shadow and Act.

This franchise is set to show off what’s described as a “billionaire’s playground” known for its “over-the-top opulence, jaw-dropping modern architecture, and wild nightlife scene.”

“Everything’s bigger in Dubai, and I couldn’t be more excited to launch Bravo’s first international Housewives series in a city I’ve been fascinated by for years, with an outstanding group of friends as our guides,” executive producer Andy Cohen said in a statement.
