The View co-hosts are standing with Whoopi Goldberg as she endures a two-week suspension for insensitive comments about the Holocaust, despite apologizing online and on-air.

According to The Grio, multiple sources have told The Daily Beast that the hosts, including Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin and Ana Navarro are “furious” with ABC’s decision to suspend Goldberg.

As reported Wednesday on The Daily Beast and Navarro Navarro gave The Daily Beast a statement about her feelings, writing, “I love Whoopi Goldberg. I love The View. This was an incredibly unfortunate incident. Whoopi is a lifelong ally to the Jewish community. She is not an anti-Semite. Period. I am sad. And I have nothing else to say.”

Goldberg has given several statements of apology since talking about the Holocaust Monday, including having a conversation with the Anti-Defamation League's president Jonathan Greenblatt.

After being a guest on the show, Greenblatt tweeted his thanks to Goldberg for her apology.

“Deeply appreciate @WhoopiGoldberg inviting me on to @TheView today to have an important discussion on the importance of educating about the Holocaust,” he wrote. “Whoopi has been a long-time ally of the Jewish community and @ADL and her apology is very much welcome.”

Since Goldberg’s suspension, fans have called out the show’s seeming double-standard when it comes to Goldberg, who is Black, versus white conservative pundits such as Meghan McCain who have said controversial and hurtful statements without getting reprimanded or suspended. Some fans are even calling for a boycott of the show.
