Sunny Hostin isn’t happy with Ginni Thomas, the wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.

During Thursday’s episode of The View, the panel discussed how Thomas has now been invited to testify regarding her involvement in trying to undermine Joe Biden’s presidency.

“I just think that Ginni Thomas is problematic. The issue here is John Eastman was not only Trump’s lawyer; he was Justice Thomas’ former law clerk. There’s a friendship there,” said Hostin, according to Decider.

"And then he is also exchanging emails with Ginni Thomas, and then the Trump group--the Trump aides and as their lawyer saying, 'listen. I have inside information that there are four Supreme Court justices that may hear our claim of election fraud, and there is a heated argument within the Supreme Court about those claims.' Where does he get that information from?"

Hostin suggested that Thomas could have been “pillow talking” with her husband about Trump’s concerns and the election, and that Justice Thomas could have passed information to Eastman to give to Trump.

"Now, I'm not making accusations. But, the bottom line is we already know that the Supreme Court is compromised, right?" Hostin continued. "Because of the leak, and that tells me that when there's smoke, there is fire, and Ginni Thomas must come before a committee and testify on what she knows."

The View has always taken Republicans to task for their political actions, and of course, Thursday’s discussion was no exception. As we have seen in prior episodes, the panel of The View have taken on various political issues including the Republican response to gun violence, inflation, and more.

Hostin herself has asked for the dissolution of the Republican Party as it stands now on a recent episode.

She said, “Get rid of the party–the party as it stands now, because it’s the party of white supremacy, it’s the party of insurrectionists, it’s the party of massacres, at this point,” she said. “It’s the party that you just…can’t trust.”
