Grande was amazed at the harmonies immediately turned her chair around. The first-time coach did not receive any competition from the other coaches including John Legend, her rival on the show so far.

“This is the kindest thing y’all have ever done for me,” Grande told the other coaches.

Jokingly, Kelly Clarkson told Grande, “I think there’s an obvious reason here why none of us turned around.”

Singing the sister trio’s praises, Grande gushed over their harmonies. “First of all, I got so excited because I love harmonies,” Ariana raved. “I didn’t even realize it was my song!”

Excited by their vocal abilities, Grande wasted no time filling her team. The trio’s runs and harmonies thrilled the “7 Rings” singer. “I fell in love with their voices,” she said. “I cannot wait to pick songs with them.”

Grande who has been a fan of the show before joining stated in a press release at the top of the season, “I have watched many seasons and I love watching the show,” she said. “It always has the best energy. It’s such wholesome, inspiring television, and I love seeing the different voices and watching so many people start careers for themselves. It’s a beautiful, amazing thing.”
