Gymani and Aaron Hines are two vocalists that not only have a great command of their voices, but these vocalists secured the highest honor on The Voice with a four-chair turn.

Procuring Hines and Gymani was not an easy feat for coach Kelly Clarkson. However, she was able to snag the pair.

The coaches have to trim their team now that the Battle Rounds have begun.

Clarkson’s challenge arose when she placed Hines and Gymani against each other to battle it out.

Choosing Tate McRae and Khalid’s “Working” for Hines and Gymani to perform, what she and the viewers received was nothing short of amazing. Hines and Gymani’s voices meshed beautifully and complemented each other. The pair demonstrated the range of their voices and held nothing back.

Coaches Ariana Grande, Blake Shelton and John Legend gave their thoughts on the performance with Legend giving praises to Hines while Shelton and Grande praised Gymani.

Although the other coaches weighed in, Clarkson’s decision would be the one with the weight to change the trajectory of Hines and Gymani at that moment.

After lamenting about how hard the decision was, Clarkson chose Gymani. Hines was available for a steal, but Grande was the only coach with that option. She also passed ending, Hines run (no pun intended) on the show.

Fans of the show weren’t too thrilled and took to social media to voice their disdain, hoping that Hines could stay with a steal.

Others didn’t see why the two were paired together.
