The trailer for the fourth season of This Is Us has been released.

The NBC series did not announce any cast additions ahead of the season so far (sans Jennifer Morrison), so many fans will be surprised to see 10 recurring or guest stars who have boarded the season, including current Emmy nominees Asante Blackk and Marsha Stephanie Blake (When They See Us), as well as Omar Epps.

Others joining are M. Night Shyamalan, Bahara Golestani, Timothy Omundson, Julian Silva, Auden Thornton and Nick Wechsler. The network has not given an official description for the new season.

We learned back a few months ago when the show got a three-season renewal, that it would likely end in 2022 with its sixth season.

This Is Us chronicles the Pearson family across the decades: from Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) and Rebecca (Mandy Moore) as young parents in the 1980s to their 37-year-old kids Kevin (Justin Hartley), Kate (Chrissy Metz) and Randall (Sterling K. Brown) searching for love and fulfillment in the present day.

Susan Kelechi Watson, Chris Sullivan, Jon Huertas, Niles Fitch, Logan Shroyer, Hannah Zeile, Mackenzie Hancsicsak, Parker Bates, Eris Baker, Faithe Herman, Lonnie Chavis and Lyric Ross also star.

Executive producers for the series are Fogelman, Isaac Aptaker, Elizabeth Berger, John Requa, Glenn Ficarra, Ken Olin, Charlie Gogolak and Jess Rosenthal. This Is Us is produced by 20th Century Fox Television.
