This Is Us will tackle several of 2020’s most pressing issues, including the racial awakening that happened this spring after the murders of Breonna Taylor and George Floyd.
The series has released a new trailer that showcases a bit of how the series will tackle the current Black Lives Matter movement. In one scene, Randall (Sterling K. Brown) tells his wife Beth (Susan Kelechi Watson), “What we’re dealing with as a people is just so tragic,” with Beth responding that she’s not going anywhere.
