This Week's Black Film Screenings in New York City! (Recap)

Courtesy of S&A contributor and Brooklyn cinephile Alece Oxendene, here's a recap on all the films of the African diaspora screening in NYC this week, starting with Killer of Sheep tonight at BAM. These are all films we have (should have) profiled at S&A.

 

I would certainly check out a few of these films if I lived in New York, especially Andrew Dosunmu's Restless City, screening this Saturday at The Film Society of Lincoln Center.
