This Week's Lakeith Stanfield-Centric Episode Of 'Atlanta' Will Air 41 Minutes And Have No Commercials

This should be a treat!

The sixth episode of FX’s critically-acclaimed comedy from Donald Glover, Atlanta, will air on its network, FX, without commercials.

The episode, titled “Teddy Perkins,” is an episode specifically focusing on the character of Darius (Lakeith Stanfield). Last week’s episode was centric to Al (Brian Tyree Henry) and the week before that dove into Van (Zazie Beetz).

The episode description, which remains vague with little detail like all of the episode descriptions for this season, reads, “Darius is trippin in this one. Y’all know I woulda been left.”

Deadline, who reported the news, did not elaborate on exactly why the episode would air without commercials.
