Hoda Kotb has seemingly put a kibosh on the rumors that have been swirling regarding an alleged feud between her and her Today co-host Savannah Guthrie.

According to Decider, Kotb posted a photo on Instagram of her embracing Guthrie. The caption read, “Just because–and thank you!!! It was absolutely perfect !! Xoxoxo.” Guthrie responded, “Love you the mostet.”

Guthrie also uploaded photos of the two women enjoying each other's company.

Guthrie wished Kotb a happy birthday on Instagram, writing, “She is our sunshine,” and she also posted more photos Tuesday of she and Kotb having fun hosting Today together.

For several days, rumors had been circulating that there was tension between Guthrie and Kotb. One source told Page Six that when Guthrie showed up late for work last week, it was done on purpose to show the Today team they couldn’t do the show without her.

This time, a new source has told Good Housekeeping that these rumors are just lies, calling the supposed feud manufactured and something that overshadows the two women's achievements.

Today has not been a shortage of controversy in the past week or so. Recently, guest host Justin Sylvester was seen pushing co-host Jenna Bush Hager away as the two were filming a cooking segment with chef Andy Baraghani. Viewers thought Hager was being pushed because she was being handsy with Sylvester, but Sylvester came to Instagram to say that he was pushing her away to get more alone time with Baraghani.

“People thought that she was invading my space and that’s actually not the truth,” he said in his Instagram video. “What we were doing was…I was flirting with the chef because I thought he was cute. And I was pushing her out the way so I could have a one-on-one moment with the chef and people took it the wrong way.”
