Slap-gate continues as Chris Rock’s brother, Tony Rock, says he refuses to accept Will Smith’s apology for slapping his brother.

According to Atlanta Black Star, Rock addressed the incident in his weekly Twitter question and answer session. In response to a question about the moment, he said he felt “foul” after seeing his brother get slapped. He also said in response to what he will do to Smith, “Respond.”

Even though Rock said Chris and his other siblings are fine, he said he doesn't approve of Smith's apology. He also added that Diddy, who said Chris and Smith and made up later that night, was lying.

One commenter asked, “U and Duane Martin still friends…if so must be a tough place for you to be in.” Rock said in response, “Nah. For him.” Another commenter asked him since his and Smith’s family have been friends in the business for years, would he be open to Smith speaking directly to Chris and the Rock family. Rock simply answered, “Waiting…” letting people know that Smith has yet to privately reach out to Rock’s family.

The Academy has opened an official investigation into the incident, as well as disciplinary proceedings. Those proceedings could include “suspension, expulsion, or other sanctions permitted.” Disciplinary actions will be decided upon during the next Board of Governors meeting in April.
