Cardi B has called out one of scenes Tyler Perry’s A Jazzman’s Blues.

According to Atlanta Black Star, the rapper posted a video of her watching Perry’s latest movie on Netflix. She tweeted, “Movie good, but why that baby [mad] fake?”

Within the video, Cardi B is reacting to the scene featuring the main character giving birth. "Why this baby fake like this?" Cardi B said. "Hold on, hold on, hold on! Y'all, look how fake this baby is!"

The baby, covered in what is supposed to represent blood and fluid to mimic a live birth, finally makes its appearance in the clip, with Cardi B saying, “That baby wild fake!”

The video has gone viral on social media, with many commenters replying how something being fake or not as realistic as it should be is par for the course with Perry's work.

“That’s how Tyler became a billionaire,” wrote one commenter. “Gotta cut them costs any way possible.” Another wrote, “Lmao i knew I [wasn’t] tripping.”

"Lmfao they ain't even try LMFAOOOOO," wrote another Twitter user, while another added, "Y'all know how Tyler Perry do." Another said the clip made her think against watching the film, writing, "Now this made me not even wanna watch it."

Another wrote something that a lot of people have said over the years about Perry's later work; "starting to think Tyler Perry be trolling."

This isn’t the first time Perry has been called out on cutting corners or doing wild stuff in his shows. Many of the wigs used on his shows and films have become legendary on the internet in how unrealistic they are. And one of his Netflix films, A Fall from Grace, was roasted online for how many discrepancies, bad wigs, and other issues were present.
