WATCH: First Full-Length 'Aladdin' Trailer Isn't As Blue For Will Smith's Genie

Disney has released the first trailer for the live-action Aladdin film.

The Guy Ritchie-directed film, which will be released in May 2019, stars Mena Massoud as Aladdin, Naomi Scott as Jasmine and Will Smith as the Genie.

After the first-look images and teaser trailer showed Will Smith mostly as the blue form of the genie, this trailer shows his human appearance, which he remains in for most of the movie.

Disney’s official description reads: A thrilling and vibrant live-action adaptation of Disney’s animated classic, “Aladdin” is the exciting tale of the charming street rat Aladdin, the courageous and self-determined Princess Jasmine and the Genie who may be the key to their future. Directed by Guy Ritchie, who brings his singular flair for fast-paced, visceral action to the fictitious port city of Agrabah, “Aladdin” is written by John August and Ritchie based on Disney’s “Aladdin.”
