I know that there are a few people who like to give actor Hill Harper the "side eye" (as I believe it's called), or think that he's corny. But you definitely cannot deny that he's a seriously committted guy who wants to effect positive change in society.
As a result, he has begun making a series of videos for the THNKR You Tube web series Epiphany, in which he discusses a wide range of topics, and not just so-called "urban" issues.
Although, in the latest video, just released on THNKR, Harper does address the ecomonic, social and health challenges facing the African-American family today, and the historical roots of these obstacles.
