Watch Now - "Karim"

Here’s the excellent and powerful short film Karim , written and directed by Carl Seaton (One Week). The silent film, though shot over two days, earlier this year, in L.A., was made as a response to the violent summer that Chicago experienced last year, and which had a profound effect on Seaton, a Chicago native.

In the film, which was shot with a Canon 7D for all you techno geeks out there, (I’m an Arriflex 35MM man myself); Seaton said that he: “wanted to shoot something without depending on dialogue as well as make the audience redirect their sympathies from prey to predator.

Please tell us what you think about the film.
