During the upfronts presentation on Wednesday, May 16, CBS released the trailer for its Cedric the Entertainer and Tichina Arnold-fronted comedy The Neighborhood (formerly known as Welcome to the Neighborhood).

Marcel Spears and Sheaun McKinney also star. Josh Lawson appears in the trailer, but this week (after the series had already been ordered), he was replaced by New Girl star Max Greenfield.

The official description: Here’s a comedy about what happens when the friendliest guy in the Midwest moves his family (the Johnsons) to a neighborhood in Los Angeles where not everyone looks like him – or appreciates his extreme neighborliness. Cedric the Entertainer stars as Calvin Butler, the Johnsons’ opinionated next-door neighbor, who is wary of the newcomers, and certain that the Johnsons will disrupt the culture on the block.

It will air on Mondays this fall on CBS.
