Renee Zellweger’s upcoming Netflix anthology series has added Keith Powers to its cast.

Powers reportedly received several offers after the cancellation of his last series, Freeform’s Famous in Love, and decided to go with What/If.

First announced last month, the series, which also stars Jane Levy and Blake Jenner, has also cast Samantha Ware, Juan Castano and Saamer Usmani.

The drama, which as a first season set for 10 episodes, is described as “a social thriller that explores the ripple effects of what happens when acceptable people start doing unacceptable things. Each season will tackle a different morality tale inspired by culturally consequential source material and the power of a single fateful decision to change the trajectory of an entire life. The first season revolves around newlyweds who accept a dangerous proposition.”

Zellweger ‘s character is described as “a shrewd and mercurial San Francisco venture capitalist whose towering successes and meticulously curated public persona is the result of a searing devotion to her unapologetic post-feminist doctrine — not to mention the title of her best-selling book, At Any Cost.” Levy and Jenner are said to be playing the newlyweds.

Powers character is Todd, but character details have not been released yet.

The actor also starred in BET’s The New Edition Story miniseries and the Netflix original film #RealityHigh.
