Nene Leakes‘ boyfriend’s ex is suing her and wants her to pay up for ruining their marriage, claiming “mental anguish” and more.
Leakes has been flaunting her love with businessman Nyonisela Sioh, and according to legal documentation filed against The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, the relationship is unethical.
The lawsuit reveals that Sioh is a very married man and his wife wants Leakes to pay up for ruining their marriage. Leakes has yet to respond.
The woman is suing Nene Leakes for $100k
TMZ reports that Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh claims that Leakes and Nyonisela hooked up while he was still married to her. Making matters worse, Malomine says she didn’t learn about their relationship until Leakes posted their photo on Instagram, humiliating her in the process.
Malomine is alleging she suffered emotional distress, mental anguish, and a loss of affection. She wants more than $100K.

Fantasia faced the same lawsuit due to her relationship with a legally married man
This isn’t the first time a celebrity has faced such a case. American Idol winner Fantasia faced the same lawsuit by her ex-boyfriend Antwuan Cook’s wife Paula. Just as in Leakes’ case, Paula sued Fantasia for contributing to the dissolution of her marriage by Fantasia and Antwan’s relationship in the state of North Carolina. The state is one of 7 in the U.S. where a person can sue a spouse’s extramarital partner for alienation of affection.
Fantasia claimed Antwuan told her that he and Paula were legally separated when he began dating Fantasia. When the singer learned of his marital status, she called it quits, but they later reconciled and had a son, Dallas.
Amid the legal proceedings, Fantasia attempted suicide due to the stress. She eventually won the lawsuit with the court ruling in her favor. Paula and Antwuan have since reconciled.
