Tia Mowry-Hardrict is once again opening up to fans on if she’ll come back to The Game.

In a new TikTok Mowry-Hardrict released, she dances to a popular meme with the caption reading, “If I had a dollar for every time someone asked me if I was gonna be on The Game reboot.” In other words, she’s not returning to the show any time soon.

Mowry-Hardrict's involvement in the series had been up in the air for a while, and fans still want her to change her mind about coming back.

As recently as March of this year, fans believed something might be in the works when she posted pictures on Instagram with her former co-stars Pooch Hall and Wendy Raquel Robinson. The caption read, “Some of the Game fam reunited!! Can’t wait to share what we were up to!”

In October 2021, Mowry-Hardrict said “never say never” regarding if she might return to The Game once it premiered on Paramount+. But in December of that year, she told TVLine she wouldn’t be back at all

"I loved Melanie. I loved playing every bit of her. I don't think I'm going back at this point," she said. "For right now, there have been no conversations about me coming back, and I'm good with that," she said.

“I’m doing so many things,” she continued. “As I’ve gotten older, I try to do things that have impact and that are purposeful and inspirational in some kind of way in my life. There are things I like to focus on, and those are the things I put time and energy into.”

Also in 2021, Pooch Hall told Atlanta Black Star that Mowry-Hardrict was "one of the hardest-working women in show business" and that "[i]t's too bad that we can't continue where we left off."

“We were compared to so many different couples like Joanie and Chachi, Martin and Gina, and Rachel and Ross. We are in those conversations,” he said. “The fact that she’s not there does stink, but she has not stopped working since leaving The Game. I know the fans were looking forward to having her and I back together. But…the show must go on.”
